Virtual Instruction Information

Because virtual instruction can be an effective education option for some students, the district may offer virtual courses to students through district staff or by contracting for those services as part of the district-sponsored curriculum. In addition, eligible students may enroll in virtual courses offered through the Missouri Course Access Program (MOCAP/LAUNCH). The district will accept all grades and credits earned through district-sponsored virtual instruction. Billings students may request to participate in the Missouri Course Access and Virtual School Program (MOCAP). All requests should be made in writing to the High School Principal. For further information, see Board Policy. Non-Discrimination Policy It is the policy of the Billings R-IV School District not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, creed, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity and socioeconomic status in its educational programs, activities, or employment practices. There is a grievance procedure for processing complaints of discrimination. If you have questions or a grievance related to this policy, please contact Cynthia Brandt, 118 W. Mt.
